CEDRIC PHILANDER
Managing Director
Cedric is trained as a machine tool millwright, and regards continuous education key to success in everything in life.
His quiet disposition gives him a distinct advantage of always seeing the ‘bigger picture’ and being able to ‘fit the puzzle together’.
He oversees the planning and budgeting, as well as the scope and direction of each project, thus ensuring each project meets the client’s specifications.
ALLISON PHILANDER
Publishing Director
Allison holds an Honours Degree in Publishing from the University
of Witwatersrand, and has 19 years’ experience in the publishing industry. Her attention to detail, 'no nonsense' attitude, calm disposition and pro-active nature makes her a formidable force on
any team and as an individual working on a project. She has also
been closely involved in content development, both as the project manager leading a team of authors, and as a content developer.
Her experience ranges from leading editorial teams, to leading author teams, to managing her own business. Her passion for being at the front edge of technological development, also gives her a unique edge.
NAZLEY SAMSODIEN
Creative Director
Nazley is a qualified designer and typesetter with many years of experience. She has an eye and flair for colour, composition, typography and layout. She works with clients to conceptualise, visualise and create inspiring, eye-catching designs that captures the attention of the intended audience. She has gained her experience whilst working for advertising agencies, design studios and different corporates, before branching out on her own. Her professionalism, creativity and interaction with different clients and professionals, have given her a distinctive edge when she does what she loves – designs that are awe-inspiring!
